Terms and Conditions

Welcome to You&I Bridal (Stylish Bride Trading L.L.C). By purchasing a dress from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Samples and Condition of Dresses:
    • Sample dresses are sold as seen. The Client agrees that cleaning and minor repairs may be necessary, which are not the responsibility of the Company.
    • If a sample dress is sold and delivered without being tried on, seen, or viewed, the Company accepts no responsibility or liability for satisfaction, fit, or condition.
    • All cleaning, repairs, and alterations of sample dresses will be discussed individually with the Company.

  2. Payment Terms:
    • Sample dresses must be paid in full and collected on the day of purchase.
    • Alterations are not included in the cost of the dress. For all sample dresses, You&I Bridal will recommend a Dubai-based seamstress.
    • All payments for sample sale purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  3. Timeline and Delivery:
    • The Company will provide a timeline for the completion of the dress, including fitting and alteration sessions.
    • The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, governmental restrictions, or supplier delays.

  4. Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Upon Initial Payment by the Client for a dress, the Company will not offer refunds under any circumstances, including changes to the wedding date, pregnancy, change of mind, change of venue, or wedding cancellation.
    • Sample dresses are sold as seen, and payments are non-refundable.
    • Payments made are non-transferable to other orders.

  5. Alterations and Seamstress Recommendations:
    • The purchase price of the wedding gown does not include alterations. The Client is responsible for any alteration expenses.
    • While the Company recommends a preferred seamstress, it is not liable for any issues or damages from alterations by a seamstress engaged by the Client.

  6. Liability:
    • The Company is not responsible for damages or losses occurring after the dress has been delivered and accepted by the Client.
    • The Company’s liability for any claims arising from this Contract is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

  7. Complaints Procedure:
    • If the Client is dissatisfied with the service received, they must notify the Company in writing as soon as possible. The Company will attempt to resolve the complaint satisfactorily.
    • Issues regarding alterations must be resolved directly with the party responsible for the alterations.

  8. General Conditions:
    • All dresses are individually handmade, and while consistency is ensured, minor variations can occur. Silk is a natural fabric, and variations in weave are not considered faults.
    • The Client must check the dress fully before leaving the premises and ensure it is as ordered.
    • The Company accepts no responsibility for issues or damages once the dress has left the premises.

By purchasing a wedding gown from You&I Bridal, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these terms and conditions.
